Terms & Conditions.

1. The Fee

   1.1 The fee for the course is £125 for morning and afternoon classes and £135 for evening classes. 

   1.2 The fee for half term is £70 for morning and afternoon classes and £75 for evening classes. Please note that half term enrolment is subject to clause 2.3.

   1.3 Discounts:

        1.3.1 There will be no discount for classes which you would be unable to attend.

2. The Booking

   2.1 If you decide to book a place on a course at Strada22, we need you to confirm us the course you would like to choose.  

   2.2 After you contact us to book a place on a course, we will check and confirm you by email the availability of it.

   2.3 Please, note that half term enrolments will be available but subject to:

      2.3.1 Attendance: By enrolling half term the student will be able to attend the first part of the course (class 1 till 4) or the second part (class 5 till 8).          The student will need to decide and inform about this before the enrolment.

      2.3.2 Availability: Please note that priority will be given to those who have enrolled for the full-time course so half term course will be subject to                availability.

      2.3.3 Fee: If you pay just for half term and decide to go for the second part of the course afterwards the fee will be £70 or £75 for each part of the                  course. 

   2.4 If there is availability for the chosen course, we will ask you to make the whole payment of the course in advance to book your place.

   2.5 After you fulfill 1.2 and 1.3, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received and accepted your booking and payment         and we will send you an invoice.

3. The Payment

   3.1 The payment to book your course will be non-refundable. This payment will be made in advance, before the beginning of the course.

   3.2 No materials will be included in the price of the course. There will be access to an online platform with some contents seen at class.

   3.3 Note: The whole fee will be refunded if Strada22 cancel the course.

4. Cancellation and refunds

   4.1 Cancel by you: Refunds are not available should you change your mind or your circumstances change. However, we will do our best to                   accommodate you in another class during the same term. Transfer to a different class will be subject to availability. If Strada22 has reason to cancel a     class or if you have paid prior to knowing that the class is full then you will be offered a refund.

   4.2 Cancel by us: We reserve the right to cancel any course by giving you notice in writing by email at any time before the course is due to start. We     will refund all fees paid by you and will try to offer a transfer to another course as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in           purchase price.

   4.3. Force Majeure: Strada22 shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should courses be cancelled due to war, fire, weather             conditions, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.

5. Acceptable behaviour.

   5.1 In the interests of all course participants, the organisers reserve the right to enforce the removal of any student from the course whose behaviour or       demeanour is, in their view, considered unacceptable.

6. Variations to the Terms and Conditions

   6.1 Strada22 reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the current version will be published on this website.
